We believe in the power of faith and unity. It all began with two sisters, Renee Woods and Angelique Newman. Inspired by a divine calling, they embarked on a mission to revolutionize the educational landscape. The idea was simple yet profound – a unique learning environment, underpinned by faith and a shared vision. Trusting in God’s guidance, Renee and Angelique stepped into uncharted territory, firm in their belief that they could make a difference.
God’s hand was evident
in every step.
A steering committee was formed, inspired by the mission and tutors gifted with the desire to enlighten young minds, joined our cause. Families registered, putting their trust in our vision, and children arrived, their faces bright with the promise of knowledge. Ponte Vedra Christian Co-op isn’t just about education; it’s about nurturing God’s miracles – our children. Each leader, tutor, and student here contributes their unique story, adding to the glorious tapestry that is our faith-infused community.

The founders
Renee Woods and Angelique Newman started PVCC in 2016. Their journey through the education process has been inspired and directed in ways they could never have imagined. God completely interrupted their lives by taking them out of the public school system and showing them alternative ways to educate their kids. Through the public system, private Christian discipleship schools and homeschooling, God laid out a formula to create PVCC.
